• Complete the form with the required details and upload a photo showing the tool’s fault
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with your receipt, return label, and QR code
• Either print the label at home or scan your QR code at your chosen drop-off location

Take your packaged tool to your selected drop-off location - fully tracked by The Royal Mail for peace of mind.
Shipping labels will be provided during the Submit Your Claim stage.
Our expert in-house service centre team will receive your tool and carry out the necessary repairs, keeping you updated every step of the way.
If there's a part that needs to be ordered, don't worry, we'll notify you right away!
Once fixed, we’ll return your tool directly to you or your chosen pick-up point, ready for you to get back to work.
To ensure your tool is returned safely, we cannot deliver to construction site addresses.
