The Challenge
FAST AND SAFE INSTALLATIONS IN HIGH-TRAFFIC AREAS
For the corridor installations at the CODE Coventry student accommodation development, Blaby Electrical required a lightweight containment bracketry system that could be installed quickly and safely in busy, high traffic areas.
The challenge was to improve installation speed and efficiency without compromising on fixing strength, quality or long term performance, prompting Blaby Electrical to trial the Pulsa system as a new, long-term & high performance solution.
The Solution
Pulsa 27E
Working in close partnership with Blaby Electrical, we delivered tailored technical guidance and design support to maximise the performance of the Pulsa system for the corridor containment installation.
This included precise fixing calculations to establish the optimal number of pins per metre of bracketry, balancing installation efficiency with assured structural integrity.
To confirm performance in real world conditions, on site pull out testing was completed across multiple areas, validating the fixing method on varying substrates.
Comprehensive test reports were then issued to the main contractor, Winvic Construction, providing clear assurance that the system fully met project specifications, compliance standards and installation requirements.
