TClarke was under pressure to deliver the full MEP install package in a very short timeframe.

Pull tests confirmed our recommended load of 0.67kN per fixing in concrete.

Design Adjustments

To build in additional safety, TClarke halved the trapeze span in corridors, using two Fast Trak sections per fixing point along with washers to prevent pull-through.

We worked alongside the project team to calculate and verify applied loads across all floors to ensure compliance with safe working load limits.
